I believe this anime was to get kids up and active from their normally sedentary lifestyle. It’s a cute little anime and I have to admit that I did along to some of them. That is before I procured my tennis elbow.It is aimed primarily at girl rather than boys, but I think anyone could use it.
The ‘story’ behind it is that there is a group of girls training to be idols and that’s why they’re exercising. Regardless, I like the concept and it’s easy to follow along with as well.
