I’m going to start this off that this is a PG-16 book, there are sex scenes. I don’t normally like reading books like that, but how can you not with a title like this.
While trying to get away from her crazy family, Mo arrives in Grundy Alaska, where the crazy is about to start. She is open with open arms by most of the town’s residence, except for Cooper Graham. However, when a very naked Cooper arrives at her door in the middle of the night with a bear trap on his leg she is more than willing to help him. The fact that he turns into a wolf is only slightly disconcerting. When people start being attacked by a wolf in the area, Cooper is automatically worried that he might be the one causing it due to his fuzzy memory while he’s a wolf.
This is a harlequin and there is no going around it. This book is a nice fluffy read and isn’t going to make you question life but it’s a nice escapist book. The story is fun, but every generic. I enjoyed that Harper didn’t make lycanthropy shared via blood but rather through genetics. It’s a solid book, but I’m not sure I’ll read the other 2.
